Hi Ainal,

I understand that Windows app troubleshooter did not help resolving the issue.

As you're facing issue onedrive desktop app OneDrive client. I suggest you to reset OneDrive app and check if onedrive desktop app helps:

Follow the below steps:

1.     Press the Windows key + R to open the Run Window.

2.     In the Run Window enter the following: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset

3.     Click OK.  The OneDrive system tray icon on the desktop should disappear and re-appear after a minute or two.

4.     If the OneDrive system tray icon does not re-appear after a few minutes, do the following.  In the Run Window Enter: 


Note:   If users have used selective sync to un-map one or more folders and do a /reset, their selective sync settings will be dropped.

A known issue here can cause OneDrive to restart and think that all of these folders should be un-mapped so it will appear to the user as if all of their content was deleted.
